Return Policy

Cancelations

We understand that mistakes are made, and orders sometimes need to be cancelled or postponed. When that's the case, please call us immediately at (808) 292-1862 and leave a detailed message with contact information and order number. All orders can only be canceled via a phone confirmation. We shall return your request within 24 hours and then send an email confirmation of the request.

An order can only be cancelled if we have not yet placed an order with our suppliers in order to fulfill your order request or if services have not yet commenced. This generally happens no more than 1 days after an order is placed. Due to the time-sensitive nature of our production processes, we do require that requests for cancellation or postponement be handled over the phone so that we can guarantee that your request is honored. Sending an email does not consider an order canceled nor will not initiate a cancelation of an order.

Replacement Body Panels

Pacific Muscle Cars is not responsible for the fitment or accuracy of reproduction body panels and other products.  The manufacture states that, "These cars are over 50 years old and parts may not fit as on a new car or from car to car. Reproduction parts listed are the best that the reproduction market offers at this time."  Please contact the manufacturer for fitment and workmanship issues.  By purchasing reproduction body panels via Pacific Muscle Cars you agree to shipping damages of $100 or less are expected and non-refundable. The reproduction steel stamping is not perfect and will have to be corrected by a professional. Please verify all items at time of pickup/receiving before accepting products.

Incorrect Products

Returns policy doesn't apply to any orders that were delivered by us in an incorrect parts or quantity. If there was an error in the actual product received or quantity vs your order receipt please contact our customer service team at info@pacificmusclecars.com or (808) 292-1862 and leave a detailed message with contact information and order number. We shall return your request within 24 hours.

Damaged Products

USPS/UPS/FedEx - Please let us know and we will handle the claim process.

Cargo Freight - All freight items are delivered to the dock on behalf of the receiving recipient. Shipping arrangements and costs are of the receiving recipient.  If there is damage to the packing material you have the right to refuse shipment and file a claim with shipping carrier/company. If a shipping claim is necessary it shall be the customer’s responsibility to follow through with any shipping claims.

Returns

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the order to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) if you wish to return the items. RMAs are required for all returns. Our customer service team must be contacted within 14 days of receiving material at (808) 292-1862. Return orders will subject to a re-stocking fee that Pacific Muscle Cars deems necessary for the particular transaction plus any additional shipping and/or delivery charges to be covered by purchaser. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

Return Process

Step 1: Call (808) 292-1862
Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form to include in the package when you ship or deliver it back to us. The RMA form will include the Pacific Muscle Cars return address.
Step 3: Ship the item back via UPS, FedEx, USPS or other carrier to the return address listed on the RMA.
Step 4: Provide us with the tracking number once the item has shipped. You may call or email (info@pacificmusclecars.com) customer service with this information. As soon as we receive the material back, the warehouse will restock it and a refund will be issued.

Refunds

After receiving the RMA and shipping the product back, please contact us with the return tracking number to ensure your refund is processed as quickly as possible. Once your Return Material Authorization (RMA) is received back to us and processed by the warehouse, your refund will be completed. You will be refunded back to your original form of payment. Refunds are processed on the next business day following our re-stocking of your returned materials. Total processing days will vary based on days for shipping and/or delivery and re-stocking.

Non-Stock Materials

Special order materials not found on our website that have been specially quoted and procured for the sole purpose of the customer’s special order cannot be canceled once order has been placed and first payment has been collected.
